Plans are to keep the property branded as a Ramada Limited and renovations to the 90+ room hotel will be completed to meet Ramada's standards.
In Brentwood, CA, Brown Nester facilitated the sale of a property with an incomplete hotel structure located at 451 Valdry Court. The three-story, interior corridor property was 60% complete before construction was halted in 2009. Under bank ownership, the property was recently sold to a Christian organization that plans to turn the existing structure into a church and an assistance center for at-risk children.
