Ed Chapel to join HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems as an Executive Board Member

HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems, Oracle Hospitality's largest global Platinum Partner, has announced that Ed Chapel will join the company's Executive Board on January 1st, 2020. Ed will play a leading role in planning the company's growth in North America.

HRS CEO, Joanne Vaughan, stated, "We welcome Ed joining our growing North America team. The combination of his experience and HRS' dedication to customer service, will be of great benefit to our operations in this region."

Ed is CRO for 365 Retail Markets, the leading global provider of POS payment systems to the Convenience Retail and Food Service Management market. He started his career at MICROS Systems Inc. in 1994 and served in several senior leadership positions within that organization through 2015. "I am very glad to be joining HRS," said Ed, "They are an outstanding customer service company and a leading provider of IT services for hospitality and retail industries globally."
