Vice Chair Kristina Liburd states: "The US-based members have been an integral part of the rise of RaizUp, and we are so excited to be able to create a space for our US-based members to not only grow as a community here in the great expanse that is the United States but also with our fellow members globally. Leading this chapter has already brought me great joy. The US leadership team cannot wait to provide the space for members to discuss and develop the ongoing rebuilding of the travel and hospitality industry and how we can better ourselves for the future.

The local team starts two months after the launch of the new Raizup platform (formerly WHTT) with the mission to increase the success and engagement in the workplace for women and other underrepresented groups, and to enable organisations to attract, develop and retain potential diverse talent, nurtured by a powerful community.

The fantastic U.S.-based team supports  individual members as well as companies, non-profit organisations, associations, educational institutions and networks in exploring personal and professional development in the travel ecosystem locally.

Local leaders are Tiffany Gupta, Bianca Porto Barga, Stefania Picheca, and Andrea Aguilar.

With the opening in the U.S. Raizup is looking to further understand that solve the challenges organisations face when hiring and promoting diverse talent.
