The ParseLink integration through Cloudbeds offers a user-friendly workflow. First, scan a guest ID or passport using the 2D barcode or MRZ (machine-readable zone). Then, IDScan.net’s software automatically maps key fields into the Cloudbeds PMS, including:

  • First and last name
  • Address
  • Country
  • Date of birth
  • Document type
  • Document imageIf authentication is enabled, AI-driven security checks will either “pass” or “fail” a document, preventing fraudulent guests from checking in. The data is transferred instantly and accurately, saving staff time and eliminating manual errors.
