Since opening its first property in 2006, Roomzzz has grown into eleven aparthotels across eight UK cities, each designed to offer a home-from-home environment. Built around a strong sense of belonging for guests, staff, and local charities, the brand is grounded in a simple idea: people should feel like they belong, just like in a family.
But as the business scaled, operational complexity increased.
Manual payment processing, disconnected tools, and limited visibility across properties were slowing teams down and putting pressure on operations. While the guest experience remained strong, internal processes were becoming increasingly complex and time-consuming.
To support its next phase of growth, Roomzzz selected RMS as its property management platform, following an evaluation of 20 PMS providers.
