As we continue introducing the key components of our ESG Strategy, Policy & Governance framework, here are more insights into how sustainability is embedded across GCSTIMES.

Q5: Are our environmental strategies aligned with our mission and core values?

Yes. Our corporate mission, "Providing Innovative Solutions to Drive Sustainability for Global Clients", reflects our commitment to responsible growth. Carbon reduction, green innovation and sustainable business practices are integrated into both our strategic direction and day-to-day operations.

Q6: How important is ESG to our senior management team?

ESG is a top priority for our leadership and is fully embedded in our corporate strategy. A dedicated governance mechanism ensures cross-functional implementation and drives key initiatives such as sustainable procurement, green logistics and low-carbon products. Progress is continuously monitored through performance tracking and annual disclosures.

Q7: Do we monitor ESG factors across our supply chain and require suppliers to meet ESG standards?

Yes. Sustainability and compliance are embedded throughout our supplier management process. Suppliers undergo onboarding reviews and ongoing ESG assessments, and all partners are required to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct covering human rights, environmental protection, business ethics and regulatory compliance. Key suppliers are periodically assessed, with corrective action follow-ups and third-party audits where appropriate.

Q8: Is there a designated role responsible for sustainability?

Yes. GCSTIMES has a dedicated sustainability lead responsible for ESG strategy implementation, data management and external communications. A named contact person can be provided upon request in line with questionnaire requirements.

In the coming updates, we will continue to share more details about our sustainable initiatives and progress as we work toward building a more sustainable and responsible future. To learn more, please visit the Sustainability section on our official website: www.gcstimes.com/sustainability
