  • Spain, DACH, the UK and Benelux remain key markets, while France and Italy emerge as strategic priorities for regional expansion.

  • Growing demand for AI-powered commercial solutions continues to drive customer adoption across the region.

  • Oscar Ganuza, appointed in April as senior VP Revenue for Europe, will play a key role in the company's next growth phase in the region.

Barcelona - RateGain Travel Technologies Limited, a global provider of AI-powered SaaS solutions for the travel and hospitality industry, today announced at Phocuswright Europe the continued expansion of its European business, with the region accounting for 31.6% of the company’s total FY2025 revenue.

Building on strong regional momentum, RateGain is consolidating its presence in Spain, DACH, the UK, and Benelux, while increasing investments in France and Italy as core growth markets. The completion of Sojern acquisition last November has been key for reinforcing RateGain's European positioning as well as to offer hotel partners an integrated suite spanning marketing, distribution, and demand intelligence.

In the coming months, the company will continue strengthening customer relationships, increasing product adoption, and positioning RateGain as a strategic partner for revenue growth, distribution, and commercial performance.

Europe continues to be one of the most strategic regions for RateGain. Our priority is not only to grow our footprint but to help hotels and travel businesses unlock measurable commercial outcomes through a connected technology ecosystem. As the industry becomes increasingly data-driven and AI-powered, we are helping customers move beyond fragmented technology stacks towards a unified approach that improves visibility, conversion and profitability.

Growing demand for AI-powered commercial solutions continues to drive customer adoption across the region.

RateGain’s recent success is fueled by its transformation from a provider of pricing tools to one of the industry’s largest AI-led data ecosystems. At the centre of this strategy is the company’s UNO Direct Stack flagship platform, which connects critical commercial functions—including pricing, distribution, marketing and guest engagement—into a unified solution that supports every stage of the guest journey. The platform enables hotels to drive qualified demand, improve rate accuracy and parity, increase direct bookings and unlock additional ancillary revenue opportunities through AI-powered guest engagement capabilities.

Since its European roll-out in September 2025, adoption of the UNO Direct Stack has steadily accelerated, with customer deployments growing month after month. Active implementations and pilot programmes are underway across multiple European markets, helping hotel partners improve conversion rates, increase upsell opportunities, and deliver personalised, multilingual guest experiences.

The European team has doubled in size to support regional expansion.

To support ongoing growth, RateGain has more than doubled its commercial team in Europe over the past year and expanded its presence to eight countries. The company continues to invest in local expertise and promote collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across markets.

This expansion is further supported by the appointment of Oscar Ganuza as Senior Vice President, Revenue Europe, in April 2026. Based in Barcelona, Ganuza leads the commercial strategy and strengthens relationships with key hospitality and travel partners across the region.

In his role, he oversees Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, SDR, Customer Success, OTA Key Accounts, and Marketing teams, focusing on scaling go-to-market strategies, strengthening pipeline quality, and accelerating adoption of RateGain’s AI-powered solutions. His mandate includes driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing customer engagement across Europe.

RateGain is participating this week at Phocuswright Europe (Barcelona), where it organized an industry event to bring together travel leaders and discuss the trends shaping the future of travel, as well as showcase its latest AI-powered innovations.
