Premier Inn introduces Alliants Room Keys in Digital Wallets
Alliants will deploy its Experience Platform across Premier Inn's 95,000+ rooms in the UK and Germany, enabling guests to store room keys in Apple or Google digital wallets for contactless entry.

Alliants, the global leader in guest experience technology, has partnered with Whitbread’s Premier Inn and Hub by Premier Inn to provide an integrated solution that enhances the in-stay experience for both guests and hotel team members. The solution will be deployed across the entire hotel estate to over 95,000 rooms.
Initially, Premier Inn will leverage the Alliants Experience Platform (AXP), on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis, to launch a digital keys offering their guests the choice to access their rooms effortlessly via a seamless new experience.
This innovative service allows guests to securely add their hotel room key to their digital wallet, ensuring contactless entry and a faster check-in experience.
Premier Inn have 86,000 rooms across the UK and 11,000 rooms in Germany, where it is the fastest growing hotel brand with a staff of over 34,000 supporting its strategic plan to grow to over 125,000 rooms.
This capability enables hotels to deliver a faster, more efficient service while freeing up team members to focus on high-value, hospitality-focused, guest-centric interactions that enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.

Premier Inn and Alliants are partnering with Apple, Google, Dormakaba, Legic and Assa Abloy to deliver the service.
