Not All Innovation Is On The Show Floor: UrVenue Invites Hospitality Leaders to an Open House During One of Las Vegas’ Busiest Gaming Weeks

UrVenue opens its new Las Vegas Strip headquarters Sept. 30 to showcase technology driving non-gaming revenue and connected guest journeys

UrVenue is hosting an interactive technology showcase at its new Las Vegas Strip HQ on Sept. 30, offering guided sessions on experience inventory, guest journey management, web design, and its OpenTable integration.

LAS VEGAS, September 15, 2026—With 25,000 gaming, resort, and hospitality executives descending on Las Vegas later this month, UrVenue is inviting industry leaders to step away from the show floor and come upstairs to see what’s next in technology for non-gaming experiences and connected resort guest journeys.

On Wednesday, Sept. 30, UrVenue will open the doors to its new Las Vegas Strip headquarters at the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort for an industry Open House from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Located on the Palazzo side, Level 2M, above the Waterfall Atrium, the new office will become an “interactive technology showcase” for the day, with personally guided, 30-minute sessions available by appointment.

“Not all innovation is on the show floor,” said Tracee Nalewak, Chief Growth Officer of UrVenue. “Some of the most exciting work happening in hospitality is being built, tested, and deployed right here in Las Vegas. We’re inviting leaders across resorts, hotels, and casinos — including digital marketing, operations, food and beverage, and guest experience — to come up to Level 2M, see our new home, and experience firsthand how technology can connect the guest booking journey before arrival and throughout the stay. If you’re already in Las Vegas, we want to show you what’s next.”

Four Stations, One Connected Guest Journey

Rather than staging a traditional software demonstration, UrVenue is creating a fast-moving, interactive showcase that brings together experience inventory and operations, real-time itinerary building and management across the guest journey, web design and development, and UrVenue’s technology partnership with OpenTable connecting dining into the broader resort journey. Attendees will move through four interactive stations during their Open House visit.

Station One: Powering the Experience

See how UrVenue helps operators sell, manage, and monetize experience inventory across pools, nightlife, daylife, lounges, sportsbook hospitality experiences, special events, and other bookable experiences — with tools including dayparting, yielding, dynamic pricing, and 3D Booking Maps.

Station Two: The Connected Guest Journey

See real-time itinerary building in action — connecting every booking into one live guest journey for both guests and staff. Personalized Guest Portals and centralized activity management keep everything organized before arrival and throughout the stay.

Station Three: Your Brand. Your Website

See how UrVenue designs, develops, and supports digital experiences for gaming resorts, casinos, and hospitality brands — from full property websites with player portal integrations to branded booking journeys and ongoing maintenance.

Station Four: OpenTable

Meet the OpenTable reps onsite and see how the UrVenue and OpenTable integration connects dining into the broader guest journey — creating new opportunities for cross-sell, guest engagement, and a more connected resort experience.

For resort and casino operators, non-gaming experiences are increasingly important to both the revenue strategy and the guest journey. The Open House will show how operators can manage and connect these experiences to drive greater revenue, stronger engagement, more connected guest journeys, and improved operational efficiency.

“Las Vegas has always been a place where hospitality pushes boundaries,” Nalewak said. “Our new headquarters puts UrVenue at the center of that energy. This Open House is more than a chance to show people a new office. It is an opportunity to bring the industry together, show what is possible today, and give operators a firsthand look at the technology, digital experiences, and partnerships shaping what comes next.”
