Generator acquires Novotel London Greenwich from Ares and EQ

The property is situated across the River Thames from Canary Wharf, close to the Royal Observatory. The hotel includes a restaurant, bar and six meeting rooms. Following the acquisition, Generator will rebrand the hotel as Generator London Greenwich from 1 January 2027, then carry out a phased renovation starting in spring 2027 that introduces its hybrid model of private and shared rooms. Ares and EQ acquired the property from Landsec in 2024, as part of a £400 million, 21-property portfolio.

LRO Hospitality acquires Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh from CVC Marathon
