HotelRunner Hotels Can Now Join Expedia Group in Less Than 24 Hours with AUTONOMOUS ONBOARDING
As a pilot and strategic partner in Expedia Group’s AUTONOMOUS ONBOARDING™ program, HotelRunner’s partner properties can now use a faster, easier way to join Expedia Group.
HotelRunner hotels can now connect to Expedia Group in under 24 hours via Autonomous Onboarding, with existing rates and availability flowing automatically and no manual re-entry required.

Expedia Group yesterday announced AUTONOMOUS ONBOARDING™, a faster, simpler way for properties to join its global travel marketplace without leaving the connectivity software they already use. HotelRunner’s partner hotels can now go live on Expedia Group in less than 24 hours through Expedia Group’s Autonomous Onboarding.
HotelRunner takes part in the program as a pilot and strategic partner, one of a select few technology partners chosen for its launch. With a few simple steps, properties can start reaching travelers across Expedia Group’s global consumer brands and B2B distribution network of 75,000+ partners and 200,000+ travel agents, according to Expedia Group data from 2025.
Hoteliers can start directly in HotelRunner, review and accept their Expedia Group agreement, and connect their property. Their existing content, rates, and availability automatically flow to Expedia Group, with no separate uploads or re-entry. Autonomous Onboarding is currently available for all types of properties.
Expedia Group data also shows 1 billion+ average monthly searches1 and 415 million+ booked room nights2 across the platform, with travelers who spend 21% more and stay 11% longer than the industry average3.
HotelRunner was the first partner to commit to bringing Autonomous Onboarding live after the joint announcement on stage at Expedia Group’s Explore 2026 conference.
