SuitePad Phone Dock Combines a 911-Ready Hotel Phone and Guest Tablet in One Nightstand Unit
SuitePad's new Phone Dock integrates a 911-compliant hotel handset with its guest tablet into a single nightstand unit, shipping now to select hotels with full rollout from January 2027.

SuitePad, the in-room technology provider used by more than 800 hotels in 32 countries, today launched the SuitePad Phone Dock: a hotel room phone and the SuitePad guest device in one unit on the nightstand. The handset comes in analog and IP versions and runs on the hotel’s existing phone line. It includes emergency calling and supports compliance with Kari’s Law and RAY BAUM’s Act. First units ship now to select properties, with larger volumes from January 2027.
The handset has its own keypad and connects to the hotel’s existing line or a new cloud-hosted system, with the SuitePad device docked and charging beside it. VoIP/SIP is supported. During installation, SuitePad works with the hotel’s phone vendor to set up each room extension and 911/112 routing.
Today the room phone mostly keeps the front desk busy. When guests can sort things out on the tablet or by voice AI, they stop calling. The Phone Dock covers the rest: a real handset with emergency calling, on infrastructure the hotel already owns. One device. Every way a guest wants to reach you: call, ask the AI, or tap.

The Phone Dock is modular. The first production batch is compatible with the newest generation SuitePad device. Swappable cradles for every SuitePad device size arrive with the larger volumes in January 2027.
