Winners were revealed Oct. 12 at the sixth annual World Travel Tech Awards Gala Ceremony at Princess Grand Jamaica. The program, a sister event to the World Travel Awards, recognizes excellence across the global travel technology sector. Winners are determined by votes from travel technology professionals and the public.
Touchstone 1 earned both titles against a field of well-known names. Fellow nominees for hotel Wi-Fi included Enseo, GuestTek, Single Digits and Vital WiFi. The in-room entertainment category included Comcast Business, GuestTek, InnSpire, interTouch, LG Electronics, Philips, Samsung and SONIFI.
