Vincent Lesage has been appointed as General Manager at Hotel Viata
Hotel Viata, the sophisticated retreat nestled in the heart of Texas Hill Country, announced today the promotion of former Corporate Food & Beverage Director, Vincent Lesage, to General Manager. Having served as a valued leader at Pacific Hospitality for more than 11 years, this move comes in result of his exceptional dedication to hospitality and passion for elevating the guest experience.
Lesage began his journey as Executive Chef at Balboa Bay Resort and Club, and has since proven his talent in transferring the details, thoughtfulness, and service-orientation of hospitality within the food and beverage industry to the holistic guest experience. Most recently, Vincent served as Corporate Director of Food & Beverage at Pacific Hospitality Group, playing a key role in elevating culinary and service standards across the portfolio.
Since December 2024, Vincent has been supporting Hotel Viata's operations in a taskforce fashion, supporting the team in seamless service and excellence in guest experience. With his wealth of experience, strategic leadership, and dedication to hospitality, he will lead Hotel Viata to great heights in his new role.
