Soha Zahar has been appointed as General Manager at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park

With over 20 years of extensive experience in hospitality management across the Middle East and Africa, Soha steps into her role with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences, fostering community partnerships, and championing sustainable practices.

Soha brings over two decades of experience with IHG Hotels & Resorts, having held key leadership roles across several prominent properties. She began her career at InterContinental Le Vendome Beirut and InterContinental Phoenicia Beirut in reservations and revenue management, later advancing to Area Director of Revenue for Lebanon. She then served as Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for multiple properties in Jordan and as Revenue Performance Director for a portfolio of 50 hotels across the Middle East and Africa. Most recently, she successfully led the opening of Staybridge Suites Doha Lusail as General Manager. Now at the helm of Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, Soha aims to enhance guest experiences while bringing a unique local touch to the hotel's offerings.

Committed to operational excellence, Soha envisions enhancing service offerings, developing new leisure and dining experiences, and fostering partnerships with local businesses and educational institutions. Fluent in Arabic, French, and Italian, she brings a multicultural approach to leadership that enables her to connect with guests and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
