Matthew Barber has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta

As Hotel Manager, Barber will guide the experiential vision of the AAA Five-Diamond property through his direction and oversight of all Hotel, Spa, Food & Beverage and Security departments. He began his journey with the leading luxury brand in 2012 at Four Seasons Hotel Denver as the General Manager of EDGE Restaurant and Bar, and was quickly promoted to Banquet Director. In 2017, Barber moved to South Africa to lead the dining programs at Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff Johannesburg as Director of Food & Beverage. His path continued to Qatar in 2019 to oversee nine premium outlets in the same role at Four Seasons Hotel Doha.

Kyle Stevens has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at Signia by Hilton Atlanta

Signia by Hilton Atlanta has announced the appointment of Kyle Stevens as director of sales and marketing at the 975-room property which broke ground in May and is scheduled to open in late 2023. Stevens joins Signia by Hilton Atlanta from Hyatt Regency Atlanta and will lead strategic commercial, sales, and marketing endeavors for the first new-build premiering Hilton's Signia by Hilton brand while supporting the hotel's mission to provide an elevated experience for convention, business, and leis ure travelers. Signia by Hilton Atlanta is owned by Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) and managed by Hilton Management Services.

Legacy Ventures Announces Completion Of $5 Million Renovation Of Glenn Hotel, Autograph Collection

Legacy Ventures has completed a $5 million renovation of the 110-room Glenn Hotel, Autograph Collection, Atlanta's first boutique hotel. The 12-month project, designed by Sims Patrick Studio, along with brand strategy and positioning insight from Brand Verve, has refreshed the Glenn with a distinctly Southern generosity of spirit and a well-mannered sense of style, emphasizing the Glenn's warm and genteel level of hospitality. The project was managed and execu ted by Legacy Ventures, the original developers of the hotel, and included all guestrooms and public spaces. Built in 1923 as an office building, Legacy Ventures' adaptive reuse of the historic property in 2006 preserved the Glenn's architectural elements and obtained its listing on the National Register of Historic Places. Owned by local private-equity firm, Tripoli Management, and managed by Legacy Ventures, the hotel is uniquely situated directly adjacent to Atlanta's State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, as well as the Georgia World Congress Center and Centennial Olympic Park.
