Cletus Pancham has been appointed as General Manager at Greyfinch Chatham Inn

With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and more than a decade in the role of General Manager, Cletus Pancham brings an extensive skill set to his new position at Greyfinch Chatham Inn with ample hospitality expertise at resorts across the Caribbean, including a position as General Manager at Wyndham Destination Resorts in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. He later took his career to the Cape, where he held the position of Hotel Manager at Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club.

Anthony Fantaroni has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at The Wild Goose Tavern at Chatham Wayside Inn

The newly appointed Food and Beverage Director, Anthony Fantaroni, will lead Greyfinch's sister restaurant, The Wild Goose Tavern, just minutes away from the property. Fantaroni brings nearly 10 years of culinary experience from his previous senior roles as former General Manager of British Beer Company in Framingham and Operations Manager of On The Wharf Tavern in Plymouth.

Kathleen Shea has been appointed as Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Chatham Bars Inn and The Inn at Perry Cabin

Two iconic resorts – Chatham Bars Inn on Cape Cod and the Inn at Perry Cabin on Maryland"s Eastern Shore – will see a new sales and market strategy this year, courtesy of luxury hospitality authority Kathleen Shea who has joined the resorts as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this newly-created role, Shea will be responsible for driving awareness, market share and sales for the resorts, which pair locally-inspired traditional East Coast elegance with authentic contemporary charm. She will also debut the Pete Dye-designed Links at Perry Cabin in Spring 2018, and later oversee the opening of the Lodge at Perry Cabin. Shea is based in New York City. Ms. Shea is a graduate of St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana, with a bachelor's degree in Business, and Speech Communications. She resides in Manhattan.
