Berk has spent the majority of his professional career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, most recently serving as the Director of Catering at the Four Season Denver. He previously served as the Director of Catering at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole and Assistant Director of Catering at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas. He also worked in restaurant management in both Scottsdale and Washington, DC.
Berk’s passion for quality food and service was born while growing up in San Francisco, where he often helped his parents entertain. A graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, he also studied at Switzerland’s Ecole Hotelier and Hotel Institute Montreux .
