In this role, Montandon will be responsible for overseeing the Resort operations of 100 luxurious seaside villas while maintaining the unparalleled experience that is synonymous with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.Born in Switzerland, Montandon joins the team in Vietnam from Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, where he held the position of General Manager. A veteran to the hospitality space, Montandon brings more than 20 years of experience at a variance of hotels and resorts across Asia, alongside periods in Africa and Europe. He makes the move to Vietnam with a vision to encourage collaboration for collective gain and a continuation of his learning from those around him. "I like to be challenged, to learn every day, and to make an impact with my presence," Montandon explains. Steve Wolstenholme has been appointed as Group Chief Operating Officer at Hoiana project

Ed Linsley has been appointed as General Manager at The Nam Hai

The Nam Hai is getting a new general manager without losing its previous boss. Hospitality veteran Ed Linsley is moving from the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay to Vietnam's premier seaside resort while his predecessor, John Blanco, becomes an executive for the acclaimed property's ownership group, Indochina Capital. Linsley, who was in the prestigious Four Seasons organization for exactly two decades, assumes the responsibility of overseeing The Nam Hai’s day-to-day operations and maintaining the resort’s lofty reputation in a coastal region developing faster than smartphone technology.

Herbert Laubichler-Pichler has been appointed as General Manager at The Nam Hai Resort

A veteran of the world-renowned GHM hotel management group, Laubichler-Pichler assumed the role of GM at The Nam Hai on Dec. 14, after spending three years in the same position at The Saujana in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — another GHM-managed property. Prior to that job, the Austrian worked in Europe for 20 years, a period that included executive management stints at Annabelle Hotel in Cyprus, Dorint Kongress Hotel in Germany and Hotel Schloss Fuschl in his homeland. “Herbert has overseen some of the premier properties in the world,” said Rick Mayo-Smith, CEO of Indochina Land, The Nam Hai’s developer. “He’s been instrumental in the success of them all, and we’re confident he will contribute in the same fashion at The Nam Hai.”
