Phil McPeake has been appointed as General Manager at Hilton Liverpool City Centre

McPeake joins Hilton Liverpool City Centre from Hilton Dublin Airport, where he served as general manager for over four years. Prior to that, he was general manager at Hilton York and director of operations at Hilton Manchester Deansgate. Originally from the North West, he started his career in the kitchen, including roles at Etrop Grange Hotel and aboard Cunard's Queen Elizabeth 2.

Scott Harper has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Hotel du Vin

The chief operating officer at Malmaison has stepped up to take on the same role with Hotel du Vin, following the departure of Nick Halliday earlier this month. Scott Harper will now become COO across both brands, reporting to Guus Bakker, CEO of Malmaison Hotel du Vin and CEO EMEA of parent company Frasers Hospitality UK. Halliday left this month after four years with HdV, departing to pursue new ventures.  Harper has worked with Malmaison as chief operating officer since 2012 and has a solid understanding of how both brands operate.

Stephen Fearnley has been appointed as General Manager at Hard Days Night Hotel Liverpool

Mark Tasker has been appointed as General Manager at Hotel Indigo Liverpool

Hotel Indigo Liverpool has appointed hotelier Mark Tasker as its new general manager. Formerly GM of Holiday Inn, Ellesmere Port, Mark, 36, comes with 20 years of hospitality managerial experience, with previous posts including Crowne Plaza, Liverpool, and 62 Castle Street. His appointment comes as the four-star boutique hotel prepares to enter an extensive refurbishment programme later this year.
