Steven Falciani has been appointed as General Manager at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa

Olshan Properties, one of the country's leading private owners, developers and operators of commercial real estate, today announced the appointment of Steven Falciani as General Manager of the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa. In his new role, Mr. Falciani will report to Ernie Catanzaro, Olshan's Head of Hospitality.

Andrew Neubauer has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa

Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Neubauer, as its new Director of Sales & Marketing. Neubauer will oversee all sales and marketing efforts for the storied 30-year-old resort that recently completed a $40 million property-wide renovation. Neubauer brings more than three decades of hospitality experience in some of the country’s top markets. His career began at the Miami Airport Hilton & Marina as an assistant housekeeping supervisor before he completed a corporate management training program, helping to open the Palm Beach Airport Hilton. Neubauer quickly moved up the managerial ladder at various Hilton and Doubletree properties across the country from beverage manager and restaurant manager to director of restaurant operations and sales manager. During his tenure with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, he served as associate director of sales for properties in Pasadena and Amelia Island, and director of incentive sales for four resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. Neubauer was director of sales and marketing for Starwood Hotels and Resorts for ten years before returning to The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation as its director of sales and marketing. Prior to joining the team at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa, Neubauer was the Director of National Accounts for Naples Grande Beach Resort. A graduate of Florida International University in Miami, Neubauer holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, and currently resides in Naples.

Corey Hepburn has been appointed as Executive Chef at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa

In this role, Chef Hepburn oversees all aspects of food and beverage in collaboration with Fisher, with special attention to the signature restaurant, The Deck at 560 Bar & Restaurant. Hepburn developed his soulful cuisine style at age 20 at the Holiday Inn located in DuBois, PA as Sous Chef and went on to hold the Executive Chef position by age 24. Chef’s passion for creating bold flavors and deeply satisfying dishes further emphasizes his signature cooking style. The opportunity to develop a new restaurant concept in such an incredible location appealed to Chef. His attention to detail and signature style comes to fruition through the cuisine as well as his staff’s service and presentation. Located on beautiful Marco Island, Chef instantly has connected to the community and its natural offerings, incorporating island favorites such as Lobster, Black Grouper and Sea Scallops into the new refined menu. He holds a CFBE®, the most prestigious certification available to a food and beverage executive, from American Hotel & Motel Association. When he’s not in the kitchen, Chef is frequenting other restaurants to expose himself to new styles and innovative culinary experiences that help influence his ever-changing menus.

Vincent Bucci has been appointed as Managing Director at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa

Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa announced today the appointment of Vincent Bucci, as its new Managing Director. With an award-winning track record and an extensive background in hotel and food & beverage operations, he will be responsible for ensuring the successful re-launch of the storied 30-year-old resort as it finalizes a $40 million-dollar transformation re-defining island style with modern elegantly designed accommodations, a redesigned pool, and a brand-new dining experience, The Deck at 560 Bar & Restaurant.Bucci offers the team at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa more than 37 years of hotel industry experience in the country’s top markets. His roots began at the Adams Mark Hotel in Philadelphia as the food & beverage controller. He was quickly escalated to prestigious managerial positions at The Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. and Morton’s of Chicago in Columbus, Ohio and New York City. Serving in both area and property general manager positions, he held task force positions, developed training programs, and successfully led the transition of multiple hotels including Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter, Hyatt Palm Springs and Doubletree Suites Nashville.

Patrick Botwright has been appointed as General manager at Marriott’s Crystal Shores

In his most recent role, Botwright served as general manager at Marriott’s Villas at Doral in Miami, Fla. Under his leadership the resort was named Marriott Vacation Club’s “World Class Resort” in 2007. Originally from Pennsylvania, Botwright graduated from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pa. with a Bachelor of Arts degree in hotel, restaurant and institutional management. In Miami, Botwright was involved in volunteer work through his local church and plans to continue to volunteer with his new church upon relocating. He is also active in Children’s Miracle Network fundraising. Botwright along with his wife, Michele, and their four children, Isabella, Remek, Noah and Elijah will be relocating to Marco Island, Fla.
