//3877 and Hilton Bring a Modern, Coastal Respite to the Ocean City Beachfront

Hilton's new Ocean City, Maryland hotel brings a contemporary oasis to the famed boardwalk. Rooted in local fare and culture, Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City Oceanfront reinvigorates this popular vacation spot on the Atlantic Ocean. In collaboration with OTO Development, //3877 was tapped as the design architect, architect of record and interior designer for the project, which included the complete renovation of an existing beachfront property. Combining modern elements with coastal themes, the hotel reflects an elevated beach vacation experience for guests, with all 170 rooms overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from their en suite balconies.The space is elegant and comfortable, seamlessly incorporating local beachfront elements into the interior. Modern elements are infused throughout the project, grounding it in a sense of place through nods to the surrounding area, including a neutral finish palette with a coastal atmosphere featuring hues of blue reminiscent of iconic Maryland crabs. Porcelain wood-look tile provides a residential feel while pops of color in the artwork and textiles add a notable energy to the space.

Cambria Hotels Makes Waves With Ocean City, Maryland Debut

Cambria Hotels, an upscale brand franchised by Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH), made its official debut in Ocean City, Maryland yesterday afternoon with the grand opening of the Cambria Hotel Ocean City - Bayfront. The celebration was marked with the unveiling of the city's newest boardwalk, a taste of the cuisine from the hotel's restaurant and bar, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Ocean City Mayor Richard W. Meehan, members of the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce, and executives from Choice Hotels and development companies, PiNNacle Hospitality Group and The Wankawala Organization. A $1,000 donation to Ocean City Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation, a grassroots non-profit environmental organization that works to protect and preserve the world's oceans, waves and beaches, was also presented at the event as a token of the brand's support and appreciation to the local community.

The eight-story, 137-room Cambria Hotel Ocean City - Bayfront is Cambria's fourth property in Maryland and further bolsters its strong presence throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Located at 13 Saint Louis Ave., in Ocean City, the hotel is just steps from the Boardwalk and the Inlet, which are home to a variety of summer concerts and special events. Guests can also walk to two classic beachside amusement parks and many shopping options along the shore, and can easily drive to other attractions like the Outlets Ocean City shopping center, Splash Mountain Water Park and Northside Park. The hotel's central location also provides easy access to Ocean City Town Skatepark, as well as some of the area's most popular restaurants.

Tru by Hilton Ocean City-Bayside Welcomes First Guests

Tru by Hilton Ocean City-Bayside welcomed their first guests at the peak of summer vacation season. The 105-room hotel is located at 3401 Coastal Highway in the heart of Ocean City. Guests have easy access to 10 miles of pristine beaches, Maryland's famous boardwalk, and the Inlet Eye Ferris Wheel standing 150 feet above the city. The property is owned by Deep Blue Hospitality, LLC, and managed by Real Hospitality Group, LLC.
