Vincent joined Rosewood in 2020 following his appointment as Managing Director of the iconic Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, which, under his leadership, has been awarded several coveted accolades, including a place on the inaugural World's 50 Best Hotels list in 2023.

The new hotel operates as Hotel Alberte, which is a tribute to the great-grandmother of the hotel's owners, who bore this name and was also the founder of the family business, specializing in the production of the bottle cork and cognac. Respect for tradition and history is also reflected in the interior design, with some of the historic elements of the previous furnishings being preserved.

In 2017, after an almost exclusively European career, he was appointed by the French hotel giant, General Manager of Pullman Jakarta, Indonesia.
