The Sheraton Pasadena Hotel has completed a two-year multi-million dollar renovation, it was announced today by Carlos Mendoza, General Manager. The hotel, which is adjacent to the Pasadena Convention Center, now offers the most recently renovated accommodations, public areas, and meeting space of any property within easy reach of the Convention Center campus. The property is owned by Eagle Hospitality Trust.

Most recently, Rodgers served as Director of Front Office Operations at Omni Hotels & Resorts and has worked with other luxury properties such as The Resort at Pelican Hill where he began his career in hospitality.

Mrs. Ong began her career in hospitality at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa and most recently served as Director of Catering for other notable hospitality outlets such as, Wyndham Worldwide, and the Hotel del Coronado. In her new role, Ong will oversee the overall performance of the catering and conference services department with key market segments including weddings, group meetings, conferences and special events.

Collins launched his career in hospitality more than 20 years ago, as a valet parking attendant at The Langham, when it was formerly The Ritz-Carlton Huntington Hotel. Collins was most recently the Director of Operations for Shutters on the Beach in Los Angeles and previously held various managerial positions at hotels including The Umstead Hotel and Spa in North Carolina, The Palazzo Las Vegas, The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas and The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch. He attended California State University, Northridge where he received a B.A. in Public Relations and Journalism.

Timothy Lusher has been appointed as General Manager at Westin Pasadena

Tim Lusher joined HEI as the General Manager for the Westin Pasadena, a 350-room hotel acquired in June, 2011. Lusher joined HEI from Starwood Hotels and Resorts where he capped off his 13-year tenure as general manager of the Westin Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego, CA. There he managed the property through a complicated restructuring and prepared for a $25 million renovation, while maintaining service levels and financial performance. Throughout his 27-year hospitality career, Lusher’s hallmark has been complex assignments, including simultaneously managing Westin and Clarion properties during the recent economic downturn.

David Féau has been appointed as Chef de Cuisine at The Royce at The Langham Huntington

Chef David Féau grew up cooking in the kitchen with his mother in France and earned his degree in classic cuisine at L'Ecole Hoteliere, Helene Boucher in his hometown of Le Mans. After honing his culinary and managerial skills under the guidance of famed chef Guy Savoy in Paris, he served as Executive Chef of Le Miravile, a Michelin Star rated restaurant in Paris, and then openedLatitude 40 & Version Sud in Paris, where he also was the Executive Chef. Following his success in Paris, Chef Féau made his way to New York to oversee one of the city's longtime favorites, Lutèce. After revitalizing the flagship restaurant in New York, Féau spearheaded the development of the sister restaurant in Las Vegas, earning both locations multiple four-star ratings from Mobil and Forbes Magazine. In 2006, Féau joined the Patina Group and became the Executive Chef for Café Pinot, bringing his vision of cuisine to downtown Los Angeles. After a year as Executive Chef, he became Corporate Executive Chef of Patina Restaurant Group’s west coast culinary operation.
