In his new role, Chef Near will oversee the daily culinary operations at Water's Table, Sip Lounge, Dock & Drink and the Market and create future menus in partnership with the pastry sous chef, Amy Tung, for any dessert items. Chef Near will continue to elevate upon the Water's Table's legacy as a premium lakefront restaurant in Seattle.

Karla Pecorelli recently joined Hyatt Regency Lake Washington as the Director of Guest Experience. Karla came from Andaz Maui at Wailea, where she was most recently their Operational Resource Manager. Karla's Hyatt career began in 2009 and has included operations positions at Grand Hyatt Kauai, Andaz San Diego and Park Hyatt Chicago. She has been honored as Manager of the Quarter twice before, and also won the Manager of the Year award at Andaz Maui.
