Park Hyatt Tokyo Reopening on December 9, 2025 - A Timeless Classic Refined

Park Hyatt Tokyo - the first Park Hyatt in Asia - announced it will reopen on December 9, 2025. Room, restaurant, events and spa reservations will begin on September 24, 2025 at 12:00 pm, Japan time for arrivals from December 9, 2025. Located on the westside of Tokyo in Shinjuku, Park Hyatt Tokyo occupies the 39th to 52nd floors of Shinjuku Park Tower, a modern Japanese architectural masterpiece designed by Pritzker Prize-winner Kenzo Tange. Following a comprehensive property-wide refinement since May 2024, the hotel will unveil newly designed guestrooms and suites, restored public spaces, event venues and enhanced dining destinations, including Girandole by Alain Ducasse and The Peak Lounge & Bar. The iconic New York Grill & Bar, modern Japanese restaurant Kozue, Club On The Park fitness center and spa, and The Library - a curated collection of more than 2,000 books - will be fully restored to their original designs. As part of the project, Park Hyatt Tokyo will reduce the number of rooms and suites from 177 to 171, introducing a new suite category.

Among its sizeable rooms, the family suite is a double-twin, 61sqm space built for entertainment, featuring a large wall-mounted screen that enables guests to connect their own devices and enjoy their favourite media.
