Lee Chee Koon has been named President & Group Chief Executive Officer at CapitaLand Limited

Mr Lee Chee Koon, former Chief Executive Officer of The Ascott Limited (Ascott), will be appointed President & Group Chief Executive Officer of Ascott's parent company, CapitaLand Limited, with effect from 15 September 2018. As President & Group CEO, Mr Lee will lead the top leadership team to scale up CapitaLand's real estate capabilities across asset classes and geographies, to achieve sustainable competitive advantage as it rides the waves of economic and technological changes ahead.

Philip Wong has been appointed as General Manager at Mercure Singapore Bugis

A hotel veteran with over 35 years' operational experience, Mr Wong has held many senior management positions in reputable hotels in Singapore and Asia including the Starwood Hotels and Resorts, the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, Shangri-La International Group and Cairnhill Hotels & Resorts, among others. Mr Wong was most recently the General Manager/Area General Manager of Dorsett Singapore and played an instrumental role in the opening of the hotel. With a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Leicester in United Kingdom, Mr Wong also attended general management courses from University of Cornell in New York.
