The Chedi hotel brand will be the first of seven hotels to be constructed in Luštica Bay, the new town worth 1.1
billion euros. Not only this, the hotel will also be the first to cover the seven million square meters that make up
Luštica Bay.This exciting new hospitality development on the Adriatic coast encapsulates the new identity of

location.The Chedi Lustica Bay will be the largest 5-star hotel in the Boka Bay, offering 110 rooms, two restaurants,
a bar, conference and business centre, an outdoor pool, spa and fitness centre featuring indoor heated pool and
gymnasium and ancillary facilities. The Chedi Lustica Baywhich initially established its name in Asia and the Far East
continues its push into Europe with the Luštica Bay project. After GHM established cooperation with Orascom in
Andermatt, Switzerland, where ODH is constructing a luxury year round village, the Luštica Bay project represents
The Chedi's second European hotel. The investment in construction of the hotel will amount to approx. 25 million
euros, bringing a prime hotel offering to the Montenegrin coast, perfect for those looking to pursue the many water

one of Europe's finest luxury hotels. The expansion of The Chedi coming to Montenegro showcases a thriving

have already commenced and its completion is expected in mid 2018.Prices for a studio in the Marina Village start
at €198 000, Townhouses from €675 000, Marina Villas from €2.1 Million and condominiums from €265 000. A total
of 60 hotel condominiums are available for sale in the hotel.
