Laurent Turpault has joined AccorInvest as VP Communications and Public Affairs

Laurent Turpault joined AccorInvest on 2 May 2022 as VP Communications and Public Affairs. This new position is in line with the Group's transformation strategy. His primary mission will be to enhance AccorInvest's reputation and image among its business partners, the public sector and its employees in the 27 countries in which it operates. This dialogue will provide a better understanding of AccorInvest's unique business model as both a hotel owner and operator, its employer brand and its growth ambitions.

Zoku will open in Paris for the first time, located within Stream Building (17th District)

Zoku and Covivio have announced the signing of a hotel management contract. Hybrid hotel Zoku, with its innovative design that combines a living and business hub all under one roof, will open its first French location on 5,500 m2 of floor space within the Stream Building mixed-use program located in the 17th District of Paris. Scheduled for completion in summer 2022, with Zoku to open fall 2022, Stream Building is being developed in co-promotion with Hines France and in co-investment with Assurances du Crédit Mutuel.

DoubleTree by Hilton Lyon Eurexpo is Hilton's first DoubleTree property in France and is based in Lyon, France's third largest city, situated at the confluence of the Rhône and Saône rivers. Opened in January 2022, the contemporary hotel offers 141 guest rooms, four modulable meeting rooms and a fitness centre. The hotel is located at the Technological Park of Saint-Priest, home to over 200 companies and minutes away from the Lyon Eurexpo Exhibition Centre, which is the second largest exhibition venue in France. Operating under a franchise agreement with SARL Société de l´Hotel du Lac, the hotel will be managed by Solanet Gestion Hôtelière.
