Hyatt Announces Plans for Hyatt Place Georgetown Demerara
Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced today that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a franchise agreement with SIR Investments Guyana Inc. for the development of Hyatt Place Georgetown Demerara. Expected to open in 2023, the 125-room hotel will be managed by Aimbridge Hospitality and signifies the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Guyana.
