Michael Hartmann has been appointed as Managing Director at Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality (SSTH)

EHL Group announces Michael Hartmann as new Managing Director of the Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality (SSTH) in Passugg. Michael replaces Mr. Knut Rupprecht who is leaving SSTH for personal reasons. We would like to thank Knut for his personal dedication to the rebirth of the school. Effective immediately, Michael is set to drive the further development of the sister school of Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), dedicated to vocational hospitality education. Michael Hartmann joined EHL in 2014 as Senior Executive Advisor, actively contributing to the creation of the Lausanne Report, a strategic in-depth report on the possible future scenarios of the hospitality industry which will be launched later this year. A sneak-preview of the report was presented to a professional audience in March 2016 at the Window to the Future think-tank summit held at EHL. Having started his career in Munich, Germany, with Kempinski, Michael Hartmann is a graduate of the Hotel Management School in Heidelberg, Germany, and attended Cornell University. In 2004 he received a MBA degree from Henley Management College (UK).

Vincent has held several positions within the InterContinental Group: Deputy Manager InterContinental Tahiti , Executive Assistant Manager Rooms InterContinental Paris le Grand and more recently General Manager of Hotel Indigo Paris opera. Vincent started his career with Lucien Barrière and worked 7 years for this group.

Ariane Persin has been appointed as Director of Revenue Optimization at La Réserve Genève - Hotel and Spa

Ariane PERSIN ESSEC IMHI 2004 has been appointed as Director of Revenue Optimization at La Réserve Geneva, to take care of optimization of rooms, F&B and spa revenue. She was previously at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva as Director of Reservations and Revenue Management. Before that, she held the position of Revenue Account Manager in Paris, for Preferred Hotel Group, and Marketing Assistant at Conrad Hotels in Brussels.

Since her graduation Carine has worked for many companies such as Disneyland Paris,Mövenpick Hotel Geneva, Paris Expo, VIPARIS and has spent the last 5 years with Accor as Market place manager, Regional sales manager, Key account manager M&E and more recently as Director of Sales M&E and Leisure.
