Victor was previously with Accor for 32 years. His most recent position was Head of Business Development Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. Victor helped Accor grow its network from 30 to over 170 hotels in Thailand & Indochina, having commenced his work there in sales and marketing, pre-opening and operations, and subsequently promoted to business development where he remained for the past 20 years.

Timothy Lee has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Rosewood Phuket

Timothy Lee joins Rosewood Phuket as Hotel Manager mid-February, reporting to Regional Vice President and Managing Director, Andrew Turner. Kiattiyos has a diverse background covering all aspects of the hospitality industry and has had positions with Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and Centara Grand Hua Hin as Front Office Manager and as Direct or of Guest Services at Intercontinental Samui. Prior to joining the AHS group, he was General Manager of X2 Kui Buri and has worked for both privately-owned and managed hotels as well as management company operated units.
