Pompilio has 16 years of hospitality experience in key tourist destinations having spent most of his years in the industry with InterContinental Hotel Group properties, including Holiday Inn Regent's Park London and Crowne Plaza Milan Linate. He started his career in the UAE in 2010, working as front office manager at Intercontinental Abu Dhabi and later moved to Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi as rooms division manager. Prior to joining The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery, he was the acting executive assistant manager in charge of operations at dusitD2 kenz hotel in Dubai.

Eugene Conradie has been appointed as F&B Manager at Hilton Abu Dhabi

Hilton Abu Dhabi has appointed Eugene Conradie as the new food and beverage manager at Hilton Abu Dhabi. In his new role, Conradie will oversee all food and beverage operations across the five-star property from planning and control orders to managing finances and purchases. Part of the Hilton family for more than three years, the South African hospitality professional moved to Abu Dhabi from Transcorp Hilton Abuja in Nigeria. He brings eight years of hospitality experience to the five-star hotel on the Corniche, having previously handled similar roles in hotels and restaurants in South Africa and Oman.

Elie Jawich has been appointed as DOSM at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Lakes Towers
