Jesse Olsen has been appointed as Executive Chef at LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE

Chef Jesse Olsen joins Lotte Hotel Seattle with over 30 years of experience in the culinary field helming the kitchens of luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. A Seattle native, he'll draw on his wealth of experience to oversee the menu design and execution at Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge, the hotel's contemporary dining venue dedicated to showcasing the Pacific Northwest cuisine. Chef Olsen comes to Lotte Hotel Seattle with over three decades of culinary experience, from Michelin- starred restaurants to leading luxury hotels and private establishments. He most recently served as Executive Chef of the Seattle Tennis Club and prior to the club, the Woodmark Hotel in Kirkland and Four Seasons Hotels in Seattle. His earlier career includes tenures at Four Seasons Hotels in California, and Hawaii, Egypt, Mahe Island, and Seychelles. A Washington state native, Olsen studied at Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon.

Premier To Transform Autograph La Concha Key West

Premier, an end-to-end architecture, design, procurement, project management, and development firm, is pleased to announce it will lead the interior design, procurement, and project management of the Crowne Plaza La Concha Hotel in Key West, Florida which has been rebranded to Autograph La Concha Key West. Premier will be working in partnership with sister company, the dynamic and growing hotel management firm, Remington Hospitality, who will be managing the property, which is slated for completion in early 2024.

Cesar Oceguera has been appointed as Executive Sous Chef at Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina

Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, located on San Diego's famed Harbor Island, has appointed San Diego native Cesar Oceguera as executive sous chef. Chef Oceguera joins the property's newly established culinary team to oversee the concept and development and day-to-day operations of Rumorosa, a new Baja-California inspired signature restaurant slated to open in February 2024. Rumorosa is the first of four new dining outlets debuting as part of the property's $100 million renovation and reimagining of the 1,053-room property to Sheraton Resort & Marina scheduled to be completed in 2024.
