TPG Construction, the firm’s construction management affiliate, managed the entire renovation processes and the hotel will continue to be managed by TPG Hotels & Resorts, the firm’s hospitality management subsidiary.

Acquired by the firm in the early 80s, The Holiday Inn South Kingstown is located in the South County submarket. The substantial renovation focused on upgrading guestrooms and public spaces to align with brand standards while improving operational efficiency and guest flow, including refreshed guestrooms, upgraded soft goods and finishes, and improvements to common areas and meeting space designed to better capture group and small meeting demand while elevating the guest experience.
