The InterContinental London – The O2 hotel, owned and operated by the Arora Group, has enhanced its senior team with two newly created operational roles. Tim Reynolds will take on the role of director of operations - F&B and Heather Hamilton joins the team as director of operations - rooms. Reynolds arrives at the hotel from Sofitel London Gatwick, also part of the Arora Group, where most recently he held the position of acting general manager. Prior to joining Sofitel London Gatwick, he held a number of roles with Guoman Thistle Hotels.
