Missy Auge

Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Resorts Collection, the historic luxury resort and thoughtfully restored landmark in Santa Fe, today announces the appointment of Missy Auge as Wine Director. Auge will oversee the wine operations for the 100-room resort, which serves as a luxurious and soulful retreat steeped in New Mexico's heritage. Born and raised in New Mexico, Auge is returning to the Southwest, where she first discovered her adoration for viticulture as the Owner and Operator of Tanti Luce 221 in the heart of Santa Fe's historic district.

With over a decade of experience in hospitality and a Level 2 Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Auge has held key managerial and sommelier positions in some of the country's most celebrated cities including: Los Angeles, Calif. and Big Sky, Mont. before returning to Santa Fe, N.M. Auge comes to Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Resorts Collection most recently from Montage Big Sky, where she served as Lead Sommelier of the luxury five-star resort. Previously, Auge was Lead Sommelier at 71Above in Los Angeles and held management positions at esteemed establishments, including Spaghettini & the Dave Koz Lounge in Beverly Hills.

Auge received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from The University of New Mexico, where she also served as a New Mexico State Representative for the Americans for the Arts National Arts Summit. Dedicating her career to her passion for wine, Auge brings her diverse experience in multi-state hospitality management with a proven track record in profitability and high guest and employee satisfaction to Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Resorts Collection.
