With over 12 years of exceptional performance in Europe's hotel industry, Javier possesses an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, honing his strategic and managerial expertise. His consultancy background and extensive network with European hotel investors have led to advising significant transactions in Spain and Portugal, and his recent accomplishments include securing ten properties for IHG Hotels. Javier's comprehensive understanding of the industry and his proficiency in finance and consulting positions him as a valuable asset for Banyan Tree Group's growth plans in the European market.
