Laura comes to Stanly Ranch, Auberge Resorts Collection with an illustrious list of hospitality experience that encompasses over 15 years in the role of General Manager, including Miraval Resorts in Arizona, Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, and most recently, at Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa, a Relais & Châteaux in Rancho Santa Fe, California.

A career steeped in luxury, adventure and excellence, Laura will be an instrumental force in continuing the innovation and success of one of Napa's most esteemed properties. Laura will oversee the guest experience, ensuring top-tier service is ingrained from check-in to check-out. From one-of-a-kind experiences, culinary and wine offerings that showcase the very best of Napa Valley, cutting edge wellness treatments at Halehouse, and growing the hotel's residential program, Laura will lead the Stanly Ranch team to another award-winning year.
