Andrew Barlow

As ONE | GT approaches its highly anticipated debut, the landmark luxury hotel and residences has announced the appointment of a member of its founding leadership team: acclaimed hotelier Andrew Barlow joins as General Manager.

With over two decades of experience at some of the world's most sought-after boutique and island luxury resorts, Barlow has built a career rooted in operational excellence and authentic guest connections. His international journey spans St. Barth's, London, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, and beyond, including senior roles at renowned properties such as Carlisle Bay (Leading Hotels of the World) in Antigua, Oil Nut Bay in the British Virgin Islands, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. A graduate of École Hôtelière de Lausanne, Barlow has already been deeply engaged in ONE | GT's pre-opening phase, laying the foundation for an experience that blends modern sophistication with the warmth of Caribbean hospitality.

Beyond his professional role, Barlow is deeply engaged in the Cayman Islands community. He volunteers with the Department of Environment's annual turtle nesting walks and promotes diver safety through his work with Cayman Islands Hyperbaric Services, underscoring his commitment to ocean conservation and local well-being.

In his personal time, Barlow is an avid diver and outdoorsman, whose community spirit and holistic approach to hospitality embodies the heart and soul of ONE | GT's mission.

Opening this winter, ONE | GT will rise 144 feet above George Town's vibrant waterfront, featuring 95 design-forward hotel suites and 82 private residences. Managed by Remington Hospitality and a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, the award-winning property will soon debut Grand Cayman's first rooftop infinity-edge pool, a third-floor pool oasis, and three distinctive dining venues — including a fine-dining signature restaurant, a rooftop restaurant and bar, and an on-site café. Guests will also enjoy a library, fitness center, and more — all thoughtfully designed as a home for connection, culture, and contemporary luxury.
