A native of Garda Lake region in Italy, Chef Jacopo's foundation in gastronomy is deeply rooted in the traditions of authentic Italian cuisine, strengthened over years spent in Michelin-starred kitchens across his home country. His global narrative has been shaped through prestigious roles at leading luxury hotels and dining establishments, including senior culinary leadership at Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Koh Samui, Marriott International India, and Minor Hotels Thailand.
Chef Jacopo's journey is marked by creativity, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. His mastery across Italian, Mediterranean, and contemporary cuisines is complemented by expertise in menu development, culinary innovation, and immersive live cooking experiences skills that have earned him acclaim across international markets.
