With 15 years of hospitality experience, Jenny is known for her people-first leadership style, strong operational performance and collaborative approach to building high-performing teams. She believes in working side by side with her team, creating a culture rooted in support, shared success and aiming high.

Her leadership has earned global recognition, including being named one of the Top 100 Hotel General Managers of the World — Luxury Lifestyle (2025). She has also led teams to multiple prestigious honors, including Best Boutique Hotel in the United States (Haute Grandeur, 2024), Best Boutique Hotel in Washington State (Luxury Lifestyle, 2025) and Premier Waterfront Hotel on a Global Level (Haute Grandeur, 2025).

When she's not on-property, she is out earning her private pilot license, taking on new growth challenges (the latest being boxing), traveling the world and spending time with loved ones.

Jennifer Travers is an alumnus of Southern New Hampshire University – Class of 2021.
