Zita Alexander has been appointed as Spa Director at Henderson Beach Resort
Henderson Beach Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Zita Alexander as its Spa Director. With over a decade of luxury spa and operations experience, Zita brings an array of knowledge, creativity, and a deep appreciation of personalized wellness to lead the resort’s renowned Spa.
Alexander joins the property as it embarks on an evolution of its spa and wellness offerings. Most recently Alexander served as Director of Spa & Operations at Pure Harmony Med Spa & Integration Spa in Jacksonville, FL. This is where she led two high-performing locations and drove significant growth in both service and retail revenue. Prior to this, she held the role of Director of Spa Operations at JW Marriott in Charlotte, NC, where she increased departmental revenue by more than 40 percent in just four months and managed The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, a Forbes Five-Star spa and salon with a team of more than 60.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to elevate guest experiences, build and mentor high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence. She holds a degree in Hospitality Management and is a licensed massage therapist and esthetician, bringing a well-rounded, hands-on approach to wellness leadership.
