JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu announces the appointment of Deepali Singhal as Director of Human Resources. With more than 25 years of experience across luxury hospitality and aviation, she brings a deep understanding of people management, leadership development, and the role of a strong workplace culture in delivering exceptional hospitality.
At JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, Deepali will lead Human Resources and Learning & Development, working closely with the leadership team to nurture talent, shape the colleague experience, and support the hotel’s continued success.
Prior to joining JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, Deepali was Director of Human Resources at Conrad Pune, where she led the Human Resources and Learning & Development functions. During this time, she contributed to a workplace culture that earned the brand Great Place to Work recognition for three consecutive years. Having started her career journey with Jet Airways, she spent a fruitful ten years in aviation before moving to hotels. She worked with Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Pune progressing through roles across Learning and Development and Human Resources.
As JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu prepares to celebrate 25 years of hospitality, Deepali joins the hotel as it looks ahead to its next chapter. Her appointment reflects the importance of nurturing the people and teams who will continue to shape the hotel’s story in the years to come.
