CLLIX Apartments & Hotels is preparing to roll out Flexkeeping, a Mews company, across more than 20 additional Australian properties after recording measurable improvements in efficiency, guest satisfaction, and operational control at its pilot property, Brisbane Skytower

With over 435 short-term apartments, Brisbane Skytower chose Flexkeeping to manage its complex, high-volume operations. After optimizing the tool’s use across housekeeping, maintenance, and front office workflows, the property saw a 413% ROI.  

This is largely due to Flexkeeping’s automation capabilities, which reduce human admin by up to 50% and automate an average of 27% of tasks each month. In room allocation alone, Brisbane Skytower now saves 112 hours a month, resulting in a monthly cost savings of over $3,000 AUD.

Real-time task visibility and tighter coordination between housekeeping and maintenance enable rooms to be released clean and guest-ready without delays. 

Following the pilot’s success, CLLIX will begin deploying Flexkeeping across its Australian portfolio, starting with larger properties. Centralized analytics will support portfolio-wide visibility and benchmarking, as well as a new cluster operations model as the group continues to scale.
