An award-winning bartender known for his creative approach to cocktail design and dedication to elevated hospitality, Saito brings a dynamic blend of technical precision, innovation, and guest-focused service to the resort’s beverage program.
Saito developed his craft in Nashville’s vibrant cocktail scene, where he earned recognition for his innovative cocktails and refined technique. His experience also includes beverage consulting for the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, where he contributed to cocktail development and helped shape the resort’s broader beverage strategy.
His talent has been recognized on both a national and global stage. In 2023, Saito won First Place in the Nashville Iron Fork Mixology Competition, showcasing his creativity and precision in a live culinary and cocktail setting. In 2024, he was named a Top 100 bartender in the United States in the Diageo World Class Bartending Competition, one of the most prestigious competitions in the spirits industry.
