Throughout her career, Flynn has demonstrated exceptional leadership and an innovative approach to managing food and beverage operations, including elevating the guest experience, streamlining operational processes, and implementing cutting-edge culinary trends. Among her many career highlights is receiving the "Top General Manager for the Region" award from Morton's The Steakhouse.
