Paul Gregory has been named Executive Chef at Westin South Coast Plaza

Gregory’s distinguished 25-year career in the culinary arts includes serving in key posts with several of the region’s largest and most prominent hotels, where he helped to generate millions of dollars in revenue and supervised hundreds of food and beverage staff. Most recently he was the executive chef and food and beverage director of the 400-room Hilton Long Beach Hotel. His other career highlights include serving as the food and beverage director and executive chef at The Westin Los Angeles Airport, a 700-room hotel, and as executive chef of the Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel, an 830-room property. Previously, he was executive sous chef at the 1,100-room Westin Century Plaza Hotel & Tower in Century City. He also held posts as the Wyndham Bel Age Hotel in West Hollywood and at the Los Angeles Hilton and Towers.

Kevin Anawati has been appointed as Director of Sales at Hotel Hanford

Prior to joining The Hotel Hanford, Anawati was director of sales for the Avalon Hotel in Beverly Hills where he booked many wrap-up and screening parties for major studios and entertainment companies. Over the last 15 years, Anawati has served in various sales and marketing leadership roles in high-end hotels throughout Southern California. After earning his bachelor’s of science in business administration—management from California State University, Long Beach, Anawati began his career in the hotel industry as a manager for the Laguna Brisas Spa Hotel in Laguna Beach.

Jeffery Vosburgh has joined Hilton Orange County as Executive Chef

Chef Vosburgh boasts a diverse culinary background, most recently serving as executive sous chef at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, a Mobil 4 Star luxury hotel known for hosting international events like the Golden Globes. Prior to holding that post, he was responsible for culinary operations at the Cuscowilla Resort on Lake Oconee in Eatonton, Georgia, and at the Georgian Terrace Hotel in Atlanta.

Edward Moses-Granger has been appointed as General Manager at The Hotel Hanford

Moses-Granger has played a key role in the design direction of the hotel's renovation and development of its new food and beverage service. Previously, Moses-Granger served as Clubhouse Director at The Santaluz Club in San Diego, and has held executive management positions at Sherwood Country Club, Shutters on the Beach / Hotel Casa Del Mar, Portofino Hotel & Yacht Club and L'Ermitage Hotel.
