He explains that the situation remains relatively calm in the holy city where he has been living for five years, and he wants to reassure his colleagues in the profession in Switzerland and all those who regularly worry about him.

Lindt hails from Switzerland and brings to the team over 30 years of hospitality experience gained at prestigious luxury hotel properties around the world. He started his career at the famous Richemond hotel in Geneva and led operations at multiple hotels in the Maldives, Philipines, Canada and French Polynesia. Most recently, Lindt's served as GM at Hôtel et Centre Thermal d'Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland. Lindt is a graduate of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL). He replaces Thomas Brugnatelli who moved to Warsaw to become the GM at the Raffles Europejski Warsaw.
