Ruby Group Announces First Hotel in France for 2025

Ruby, led by CEO and founder Michael Struck, has set its sights on France's Mediterranean coast. The Munich-based group is opening its first Lean Luxury Hotel in France in the center of Marseille. Located just a few minutes from the coast, on the Boulevard des Dames, the hotel will have 237 rooms and a private work space. The public areas include a 24/7 bar with an adjoining 300 m² roof terrace with views over the city and the sea.

Sylvie Rolly has been promoted to Facilities Manager Corporate at Sodexo

Sylvie ROLLY (ESSEC IMHI 1999) has been promoted to site manager on behalf of the regional headquarters of a cooperative bank in Aix en Provence. Sophie manages a team of forty SODEXO employees in charge of twenty on-site services : home, mail, logistics, catering, cleanliness, multi-technical maintenance, waste management, scanning, copying , vehicle fleet, vending, green spaces etc… Previously Sylvie was Sodexo Regional Manager for local authorities (educational sector) prior to joining Sodexo in 2012 Sophie has held several positions within Elior group.
